Frequently asked questions
How is a "minute" counted?
We measure the actual audio we process, not wall-clock time. If you pause the video, we stop counting. Silent passages are not billed.
Do credits expire?
No — once you buy a pack, the minutes stay on your device forever (or until you use them).
Can I get a refund?
Yes. See our Refund Policy — EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period, and we offer refunds for unused credits on a case-by-case basis.
